"MY GARDEN".
This Trio depicts a Hand-painted Garden Scene
Of tall HOLLYHOCKS in BLUE .
With additional Pink Roses and Yellow Flowers.
Green grass melts with the Grey Transfer
Of tall tree "roots" to act as the border.

A Little About Hollyhocks....
Because to be honest... I had to look them up....
Hollyhocks (Alcea rosea) are one of the oldest flowers known,
having been found by some of the earliest recorded visitors to China.
It's not surprising that the hollyhock has been a favorite for so long
with it's charming saucer-like blooms that resemble tissue paper in their delicacy.
The plant grows from 5 to 9 foot tall with the blooms measuring 3 to 5 inches across.
